A leaked document from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations exposes the crooked billionaire’s level of involvement in attempting to build what his organization describes as a “national movement” to reform local police forces across the U.S. The reform largely consists of federal guidelines for local police forces.
George Soros took one look at the recent incidents of blacks being killed by police and the subsequent discontent and saw a golden opportunity.
He had found a way to take advantage of the crisis and begin advocating for federal control of law enforcement across the country.
In fact, that’s precisely what his group called the document they prepared… “Police Reform: How to Take Advantage of the Crisis of the Moment and Drive Long-Term Institutional Change in Police-Community Practice”, according to DrudgeToday.com and TheFederalistPapers.org.
This memo further states that many of Soros’s groups influenced President Obama’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing, which released a final report consisting of 60 recommendations providing guidance to localities on how to modify policing practices in May of 2015.
The extensive memo, originally obtained by Breitbart, specifically points to black men being killed in Ferguson, Missouri, Staten Island, North Charleston and Baltimore as tragedies they can “take advantage of”.
This information was released in a 59-page report on an Open Society Foundations’ U.S. Programs board meeting in New York City in 2015. To see the entire report, click HERE.
The board meeting document states:
The federal government is seeking philanthropic support for a number of its initiatives. In addition to seeking support to advance the implementation of the recommendations of the Presidential Taskforce, the White House recently launched the Policing Data Initiative to explore how best to use data and technology to build trust, voice, and solutions to improve community policing. The Department of Justice recently selected the first six cities to host pilot sites for the National Initiative for Building Community Trust and Justice, which was launched last fall to help repair and strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve by exploring strategies intended to enhance procedural justice, reduce implicit bias, and support racial reconciliation.
We are gaining a better understanding of these efforts in order to determine how best USP can use this moment to create a national movement. We have already had a set of preliminary conversations with about a dozen key stakeholders and will undertake a field scan to map the areas of work currently underway to advance police reform, including an assessment of the redundancies and gaps in work, and opportunities for collaboration. As we proceed, we will engage the funder network we helped to establish, the Executive Alliance on Men and Boys of Color, which now includes forty foundations.
An important ally to Soros’ organization is Black Lives Matter, which they describe as “another layer of grassroots and youth-oriented groups”.
“Black Lives Matter is increasingly awash in cash, raking in pledges of more than $100 million from liberal foundations and others eager to contribute…” The Ford Foundation is the latest gigantic donor- this according to The Washington Times.
“The Ford Foundation and Borealis Philanthropy recently announced the formation of the Black-Led Movement Fund [BLMF], a six-year pooled donor campaign aimed at raising $100 million for the [Black Lives Matter].”
That funding comes in addition to more than $33 million in grants to the Black Lives Matter movement from top Democratic Party donor George Soros through his Open Society Foundations, as well as grant-making from the Center for American Progress… all of this besides Soros buying the leader of BLM a million dollar home. Sounds legit to me, eh?
Apparently, there was a statement from Obama some time back, in which he complained that he could not federalize the police (See more on this HERE). In other words, he was looking into it (and the Constitution got in his way, AGAIN!). Now there are stories of Lynch going around to inner city departments and telling them that there are new Federal guidelines they must follow if they expect grant money. Seems like there is always a loop hole. And Soros is there to find it or create one. After all, he does claim that he is a god and he created everything.
